In observance of Memorial Day, the Township Building and offices (including the Library) will be closed on Monday, May 25. There will be no trash or recycling collected.
Rescheduled Collections
Trash and recycling collections in Area A will move from Monday to Wednesday, May 27.
Yard waste collections in Area D will move from Monday to Wednesday, May 27.
Yard waste collections in Areas B & C will move from Wednesday to Saturday, May 30.
The primary center of business and industry in the Township is the Fort Washington Office Park. It occupies 536 acres. There is about 6 million square feet of building areas in the park. There are more than 65 buildings of various sizes up to 658,535 square feet. There are other centers of business and industry as well throughout the Township including several shopping centers.
