All meetings and hearings are held in person at the Upper Dublin Township Building (801 Loch Alsh Avenue, Fort Washington, PA 19034). The public is welcome to attend.

The Board of Commissioners, Planning Commission, and Municipal Authority meetings will meet in person, will be live streamed on our website, available on Township cable channels (Verizon: channel 21 and Comcast: channel 22), and will be available by Zoom. The link to the live stream will appear on this page (under “Upcoming Events” next to the name of the meeting) when the meeting begins. Zoom links to those meetings, when available, will be listed on this page the day of the meeting.

All other meetings will be in person only with no video. The public is welcome to attend.

Agendas and agenda packets are available ahead of each meeting on this page, under "Upcoming Meetings." The video recording of streamed meetings will be available under “Available Archives” within 24 hours of the end of each meeting.

Public Comment in Person at Meetings

Public Comment via Email

If not attending the meeting in person, residents are invited to email meeting@upperdublin.net in advance with comments and/or questions to be read aloud and discussed publicly. Public comment emails must be sent by 4:00 p.m. the day of the meeting or 4:00 p.m. on the day prior for the Municipal Authority and the Shade Tree Commission meetings.

All public comment emails must be addressed to the appropriate Board/Commission in the subject line, and your full name and address must be included in the body of the email.

Public Comment for the Zoning Hearing Board

All letters, emails and other writings from neighbors or citizens, whether of support or opposition, must be received by the Township by the end of the business day immediately preceding the day of the hearing, otherwise they will not be recognized at such hearing.

All written public comments may be emailed to meeting@upperdublin.net. Those emails must be addressed to the Zoning Hearing Board in the subject line and your full name and address must be included in the body of the email.

Anyone with questions must attend the hearings in person. In-person public comments are limited to no more than 5 minutes for each speaker.
