October Authority, Boards, Commissions and Commissioners Meetings:

The October meetings of the Upper Dublin Township Board of Commissioners; Boards and Commissions*; and Municipal Authority will take place remotely, using Zoom. Residents are invited to "attend" the meeting/hearing (in listen-only mode) by clicking a provided link or calling in to a listed phone number. All participants other than the Commissioners, Township Manager, Assistant Township Manager/Finance Director, Township Solicitor and Township Engineer or other members will be muted with videos turned off. (*Shade Tree Commission will be in person).

The Public Comment sections of the meetings/hearings will take place where listed in the agendas. Residents are invited to email meeting@upperdublin.net in advance with questions or comments to be read aloud and discussed publicly. Those emails must be sent by 5:00 PM the day of the meeting/hearing or 5:00 PM on the day prior for the Municipal Authority and include full name and address in the body of the email. Additionally, residents who attend the virtual meeting via Zoom are invited to use the "raise your hand" feature if they wish to speak during the Public Comment sections of the meeting. Those who "raise their hand" will be called on one-by-one by Board Chair or President and unmuted until the discussion is over, then muted again.

All participants, with the exception of the meeting members, the applicant and/or their representative will be muted with video camera/web camera turned off. 

Residents are invited to email meeting@upperdublin.net in advance with questions or comments to be read aloud and discussed publicly. Those emails must be sent by 5:00 PM the day of the hearing and include full name and address in the body of the email.
