All meetings/hearings will be held in person. The public is welcome to attend. Unless otherwise stated, beginning Friday, September 10, 2021 all meetings will be held at the Upper Dublin Public Library (520 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034) due to damage to the Township Building from Hurricane Ida and the EF2 tornado strike.

Live stream and cable (Comcast - channel 22, Verizon - channel 21) are no longer available due to severe storm damage.

The video recording of live meetings (except for hearings) when available will be placed below under “Available Archives” within 24 hours of the end of the meeting. Click on Video. Agenda packets for past meetings are also under Available Archives.

Public Comment by Email
The Public Comment sections of the meetings** will take place where listed in the agendas. If not attending the meeting in person, residents are invited to email in advance with comments and/or questions to be read aloud and discussed publicly. Those emails must be sent by 4:00 PM the day of the meeting or 4:00 PM on the day prior for the Municipal Authority and the Shade Tree Commission. Those emails must be addressed to the appropriate Board/Commission in the subject and include your full name and address in the body of the email.

**The Zoning Hearing Board will accept comments (NOT questions) emailed to no less than five (5) days before the hearing. Those emails must be addressed to the Zoning Hearing Board in the subject and include your full name and address in the body of the email. Anyone with questions must attend the hearings.

Meetings via Zoom: As a convenience and to maximize public viewing, meetings may also be available by Zoom. Links to those meetings, when available, will be listed on this webpage the day of the meeting below.
