Relay for Life

Everyone has been affected by cancer, or at least, knows someone who has—so let’s do something about it! After missing two years because of the pandemic, the American Cancer Society’s Relay For Life is back live and in-person! Admission is free, and everyone is welcome on Saturday evening, June 25, at Wissahickon High School (521 Houston Road, Ambler). Bring family and friends and come by any time between 5 p.m. and 10 p.m. for food and fun, with all proceeds supporting the fight against cancer. From doughnut-eating contests to water balloon tosses, from Kan Jam to cornhole, there will be contests and games, a DJ, fabulous raffles and silent auctions, and more! Attendees will also be able to honor cancer survivors and remember loved ones lost with beautiful luminaria (which can be ordered here or at the event).
