The Upper Dublin Township Police Department in conjunction with the Alzheimer’s Association Delaware Valley Chapter is proud to provide Project Safe Return®. Project Safe Return® is a voluntary police department program that assists police officers in reuniting care givers with lost or wandering loved ones suffering from Alzheimer’s disease, Autism or other incapacitating conditions. The program is a free service and is a valuable tool in identifying distressed individuals quickly and effectively. Upper Dublin Township Police Department will also provide registered caregivers with information about the Alzheimer’s Association and the services they offer.
Individuals interested in enrolling in the Project Safe Return® Program may simply print the registration form that is on the Upper Dublin Township website or obtain a registration form in the Upper Dublin Township Police Department lobby.
The completed registration form along with a recent color photograph of the participant may be mailed or delivered to the Upper Dublin Township Police Department, 520 Virginia Drive, Fort Washington, PA 19034.
