Civilian (non-criminal) fingerprinting fulfills requirements for employment, name changes and other statutorily authorized purposes. Appointments are required for ink fingerprinting. Call the non-emergency police line at 215-646-2101 to schedule an appointment. Fingerprint cards are required, which Upper Dublin Township Police Department does not supply. Before your arrival, please fill out your fingerprint cards, excluding your signature, in black ink only, as blue ink will be rejected.

As of 1/1/2018, pricing for civilian (non-criminal) fingerprinting is as follows:
One card - $15
Up to three cards - $25
Additional cards - $10
Upper Dublin Township residents receive complimentary fingerprinting
