Let the fun begin as Upper Dublin Township's Department of Parks & Recreation experienced party leaders organize themed activities as part of your child's next birthday party! We provide the place, activity leader, small gift for each child, and the clean-up…you provide the birthday child, guests, decorations and paper goods, party favors and the cake!

Choose from these great party themes! The maximum number includes the birthday child and all party guests, including siblings. Parties are 2 hours in length and are held at three different Township locations.

General Information

• Please initiate your birthday party request no earlier than four to six weeks in advance of your preferred date. Have two or three acceptable dates in mind, your preferred date and two alternatives. Call (215) 643-1600 x3443 or request your party dates using our online Citizen Action Center Service Request web page. Select Township Facility Rental-UDP&R Birthday Party Package.
• Confirmation of dates and times depends upon the availability of the facility and leaders. See individual brochures for days and times that theme parties may be scheduled.
• A $200 security deposit in the form of a credit card (Visa, Mastercard or Discover) is required to book your date. The card will not be processed, but assures UDP&R that you will return the permit on time with full payment, follow program guidelines, adhere to facility rules and abide by general Township regulations as printed on the permit and in other information provided.
• Once you receive your party confirmation (in the form of a UDP&R Facility Use Permit), please check the information for accuracy, sign it and return the WHITE COPY only with full payment by the date listed on the front. Please keep the PINK COPY for your records.
• Birthday Party Package Price includes:
  • UDP&R Party Leader and UDP&R assistant
  • Small party gift for each participant
  • Activity supplies
  • 2-hour room rental plus 30 minutes setup/cleanup
• Host Family provides cake/cupcakes, ice cream and juice to be served after activities along with decorations, paper goods and party favors. Host Family is asked to help provide supervision.
• Party Add-ons such as Dixie cups and juice boxes are available for additional fees.
