RESIDENTIAL WELCOME PACKET

Compliments of Upper Dublin Township, we invite you to visit the Township Municipal Complex rotunda to pick up a Residential Welcome Packet that contains guides, maps, information and forms for our new or prospective residents.

To help you become acquainted with Upper Dublin Township the packet has a "Know Your Township" booklet, Public Services Guide, Parks and Recreation Leisure Guide, Community Directory and map, Library guide, voter registration form, Earned Income Tax Department registration form (required for all new residents), School District-Township Calendar, and other useful Township information.

CHECKLIST FOR NEW RESIDENTS

All new residents must complete:

• Form-EIT Resident Registration under Earned Income Tax is required for all new residents.

If applicable new residents must complete:

• Dog License Application
  Register all dogs new to Montgomery County.
• Driver License and Vehicle Registration
  Change your address with the PA Department of Transportation.
• Post Office
  Change your address using the US Postal Service Address Change Form.
• New Student Registration
  Register new students with the Curriculum Office of the Upper Dublin School District. Make an appointment by calling (215) 643-8971 or visit School District web site.
• Voter Registration Form
  Change your address at Montgomery County Voter Registration web site.
