LOCAL ROAD REPAIRS

Upper Dublin Roadways:

Project has been delayed due to recent snow storms. Weather permitting, work should begin again on March 8th at the intersection of Jenkintown Road and Fitzwatertown Road in Upper Dublin Township, Montgomery County for traffic signal upgrades. The work is part of a $4.3 million transportation economic recovery project for traffic signal upgrades at 32 intersections in Montgomery County.

Lane restrictions will occur weekdays at the intersection from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Lenni Electric Corporation of West Chester, Chester County, was awarded the
federally-funded contract to improve traffic flow and enhance pedestrian safety
in 11 municipalities. Under this county project, the intersections will receive
signal upgrades including new poles and signal heads and most locations also
will get new ADA-compliant ramps and pedestrian countdown timers.

Upper Dublin Township will also have signalized work done at the Butler Pike and Morris Road intersection as well as the Jenkintown Road and North Hills Avenue intersection.

Route 309 Update:

Interstate 476 Road Work (weather permitting) March 1 thru March 7:

King of Prussia - Through March 5, there will be lane restrictions and traffic stoppages on I-476 between the Mid-County interchange and the I-76 interchange for southbound reconstruction from 7:00pm to 6:00am (12:01am to 6:00am for traffic stoppages).
