The Upper Dublin Township Police Department abides by the policy of Upper Dublin Township with regards to Pennsylvania’s “Right-to-Know Law”. All questions and requests for information through the use of the “Right-to-Know-Law” shall be addressed by the Upper Dublin Township Open Records Officer.

Appeals

The Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office serves as the Open Records Appeals Office where criminal investigative records have been requested from any police department or law enforcement agency within Montgomery County, Pennsylvania. Any appeal of a denial of request for a criminal investigative record from Upper Dublin Township, including from the Upper Dublin Township Police Department, shall be directed to the Montgomery County District Attorney’s Office Open Records Appeals Officer.
