The Building Code Board of Appeals was created by the Board of Commissioners in 2008.
The EPAB either initiates or upon request advises the Board of Commissioners on issues relating to protecting the quality of water, land and air resources. These efforts involve such matters as stormwater and erosion control, land use, waste disposal, recycling and chemical usage.

Upper Dublin Township residents that live within the North Hills Neighborhood of Upper Dublin may apply for the Board of Commissioners North Hills Community Education Grant.
The Planning Commission reviews current planning issues, such as active development applications. It is responsible for helping complete the longer range planning necessary to retain and enhance the quality and character of Upper Dublin Township.
The Upper Dublin Shade Tree Commission (STC) was established by Ordinance passed by the Upper Dublin Board of Commissioners to exercise "exclusive custody and control" of all Shade Trees. It requires anyone who wishes to plant, remove, trim or spray a Shade Tree or that portion of any tree that extends over the public right-of-way to obtain STC approval by making a written request to the Township's Director of Public Works.
The Celebrity Golf Classic is held at the Twining Valley Golf Club in Dresher. Players in this annual event tee off to benefit organizations providing services to the people of our community.
The Zoning Hearing Board reviews, grants or denies all zoning applications brought before the Township.
